Sweeps Rules

These Official Sweepstakes Rules ("Rules") are issued by Acp Host ("Sponsor," "we," "us," or "our") and govern participation in sweepstakes-style promotional gameplay offered through our platform.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN.
Making a purchase or paying any fee will not increase the likelihood of winning.

These Rules form part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use.

1. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Structure

Acp Host is the sponsor and administrator of all sweepstakes promotions offered through the platform. The Sponsor retains sole authority over the operation, administration, validation of entries, determination of prizes, and resolution of all sweepstakes-related matters. All Sponsor decisions are final and binding.

Each individual gameplay spin constitutes a separate sweepstakes entry period, beginning at the initiation of the spin and ending upon completion.

2. Eligibility

Participation is limited to individuals who:

  • Are legal residents of approved jurisdictions, and
  • Are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, or the age of majority in their place of residence, whichever is greater.

Approved Territories
The sweepstakes is available in the United States, excluding the following states:

  • California
  • Connecticut
  • Idaho
  • Louisiana
  • Michigan
  • Mississippi
  • Montana
  • Nevada
  • New Jersey
  • New York
  • Tennessee
  • Washington

Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Each participant is solely responsible for confirming the legality of participation in their jurisdiction.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, or any entity involved in the promotion, as well as their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.

3. Acceptance of Rules

By entering or participating, users agree to be bound by these Rules and by the Sponsor's determinations. Winning is contingent upon compliance with all applicable requirements.

4. Sweepstakes Coins and Entry Methods

Participants must create a free account to receive Sweepstakes Coins. Sweepstakes Coins may be obtained through the following methods:

  • a. Daily Login Rewards
    Eligible users may claim a daily reward once every 24 hours by logging in and completing the in-app claim process.
  • b. Mobile Number Verification
    Users may receive Sweepstakes Coins by verifying a valid mobile phone number during registration, subject to Sponsor discretion.
  • c. In-App Activities
    Sweepstakes Coins may be awarded for completing designated in-app challenges or tasks, with reward values displayed prior to completion.
  • d. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
    • Postal AMOE:
      Participants may submit a handwritten request containing required account and identification information, mailed to:

      Each valid request will be credited with 0.2 Sweepstakes Coins.
    • Online AMOE:
      Eligible users may request access to an online AMOE form by contacting support at [email protected].
  • e. Promotional Installations
    Sweepstakes Coins may also be awarded for engaging with designated promotional applications or offers.

Use of automated systems, bots, multiple accounts, or third-party services is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.

5. Use of Sweepstakes Coins

Sweepstakes Coins are intended solely for promotional gameplay. They may not be transferred, sold, traded, or exchanged, except as expressly permitted under these Rules.

Coins may be used to play games for a chance to receive additional Sweepstakes Coins, some of which may qualify for prize redemption.

6. Odds and Gameplay Transparency

The Sponsor may adjust game odds or Return to Player (RTP) values at its discretion, provided no changes occur during an active game. Displayed RTP represents a theoretical long-term average and does not guarantee individual outcomes.

7. Winner Verification

All potential winners are subject to verification by the Sponsor. On-screen notifications are provisional only and do not constitute confirmation.

Verification may include identity checks, age confirmation, and compliance review. Screenshots or user-provided records are not accepted as proof of winning.

Failure to satisfy verification requirements may result in forfeiture of prizes.

8. Prizes and Redemption

Only Sweepstakes Coins that have been used in at least one promotional game are eligible toward redemption.

Cash Prizes
Eligible users may redeem coins at a rate of $1 per qualifying coin, subject to minimum thresholds and processing requirements.

Gift Cards
Eligible users may alternatively redeem for gift cards of equivalent value.

Processing fees may apply and will not exceed reasonable administrative costs.

9. Taxes and Payments

All taxes associated with prize receipt are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Prizes are payable only to accounts held in the verified name of the participant. Additional verification may be required for security and compliance purposes.

Redemptions are limited to one request per 48-hour period. Processing times may vary.

10. Account Conduct and Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback may result in cancellation of pending prizes and suspension or termination of the associated account.

Sweepstakes Coins have no cash value outside the redemption process. Unredeemed balances may be forfeited upon account closure or promotion termination.

11. Jurisdiction-Specific Requirements

Certain jurisdictions impose registration, bonding, or disclosure requirements for promotions exceeding specified prize values. Non-compliance may void participation in those jurisdictions, including but not limited to Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and Puerto Rico.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, users release and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor and related parties from claims arising from participation, prize use, or rule enforcement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost entries, or unauthorized interference.

13. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the sweepstakes if integrity is compromised or circumstances require.

Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
