NOTICE: THIS PLATFORM AND RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED SOLELY FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES AND DO NOT INVOLVE REAL-MONEY GAMBLING. NO MONETARY PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE.
This Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "you") and Acp Host ("we," "our," or "Sponsor"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, associated services, your User Account, participation in games, and all related interactions (collectively, the "Platform Services").
You confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, that you have read and understood its contents, and that you agree to be bound by its terms. By creating a User Account, accessing our games, or otherwise using the Platform Services, you accept this Agreement in full.
1. UPDATES TO THIS AGREEMENT & RELATED POLICIES
• a) We may amend this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
Material changes will be communicated to you by email. Continued use of the Platform Services after
updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• b) Policies referenced herein, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ("Related
Policies"), may also be updated from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing them
periodically.
• c) In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any Related Policy, this Agreement shall
prevail.

2. PLATFORM ACCESS & VIRTUAL CURRENCY
• a) Virtual Currency Types
• Our Platform Services utilize virtual tokens ("Virtual Currency"), which include:
• i) Gold Coins – Used for entertainment gameplay. These hold no monetary
value and cannot be redeemed for prizes.
• ii) Sweepstakes Coins ("Sweeps Coins") – Used for opportunities to win
real prizes. Sweeps Coins may be earned as bonuses with Gold Coin purchases or through eligible
promotions. No purchase is necessary to obtain Sweeps Coins.
• b) Limited License
• Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, personal,
non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform Services for personal entertainment
only.
• c) Restrictions on Transfer
• Virtual Currency and User Accounts are non-transferable. Any attempted sale, trade, or
assignment is a violation of this Agreement and may result in account termination, forfeiture of
Virtual Currency, and possible legal action.
• d) No Ownership Rights
• You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in any Virtual Currency, User
Account, or any aspect of the Platform Services.
3. ELIGIBILITY & RESTRICTED TERRITORIES
• a) To use the Platform Services, you must:
• i) Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever
is higher).
• ii) Use the Platform Services for personal entertainment only.
• iii) Maintain accurate and current account information.
• iv) Not create more than one User Account.
• b) You may not access or use the Platform Services if you are located in, or a resident of, the
following Restricted Territories:
• California, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New
Jersey, New York, Tennessee, and Washington.
4. PRIZES & REDEMPTION LIMITS
• a) The following per-play prize limits apply:
• Alabama, Florida: Maximum $5,000 USD per spin/play.
• Texas: Maximum $1,000 USD per spin/play.
• b) We reserve the right to impose additional daily or periodic redemption limits as necessary for
compliance or operational purposes.
5. ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)
Sweeps Coins may be obtained free of charge via:
• a) Postal Request
• Handwrite your request on a 4" x 6" card, including your Postal Request Code, full
legal name, registered email and address, and the statement: "I request Sweeps Coins and agree to
comply with the Terms of Service."
• Mail to: 370 17th Street, Denver, CO 80202.
• Each valid request will be credited with 0.2 Sweeps Coins.
• b) Online Form Request
• Contact customer support to request access to the online AMOE form.
• Approved submissions will be credited with Sweeps Coins.
6. USER ACCOUNT
• 6.1 Unique Account
• You must create a User Account to access or use the Platform Services. Only one User
Account is permitted per person. In the event you open or attempt to open more than one User
Account, all User Accounts may be terminated or suspended, and any prizes or Virtual Currency
balances may be voided.
• 6.2 Update Account
• You are required to keep your personal details up to date. If you change your address,
email, phone number, or any other contact or personal information, please contact customer support.
The name you provide at registration must match any identification you provide for User Account
verification.
• 6.3 Secure Account
• You confirm that you will not share your User Account or password with any other
person, or let anyone else access or use your User Account without our written permission. You will
not access or use a User Account that has been rented, leased, sold, traded, or otherwise
transferred from the original account creator without our written permission.
• If you become aware, or have reason to suspect, that the security of your User Account
may have been compromised, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password, you
must notify us immediately. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User
Account and accept responsibility for all uses of the account, including any purchases.
• 6.4 Inactive and Dormant Accounts
• We reserve the right to close your User Account if it is inactive for a period of
twelve (12) months or longer (a "Dormant Account"). We are not required to give notice prior to such
action, although we may choose to do so at our discretion.
• 6.5 Close Account
• If you wish to close your User Account, you may do so at any time by contacting
customer support at [email protected]. Closing
your User Account will forfeit all continued access to and right to use, enjoy, or benefit from any
Virtual Currency associated with your account.
• You may request to re-open your account by contacting customer support. All re-opening
requests will be evaluated by our customer support and compliance teams.
7. VERIFICATION & DATA ACCESS
• We may require identity, location, or payment source verification for account eligibility,
compliance with applicable laws, or service availability. This may include submission of
government-issued identification documents, selfie photographs, proof of address, and/or payment
source documentation.
• Users may submit requests to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with their
account. Account deletion requests can be submitted via: https://acphostdev.com/deleteaccount.html
• Requests will be processed within 7 business days, subject to legal, regulatory, and operational
requirements. Failure to provide requested verification information may result in account limitation
or deactivation.
8. RESPONSIBLE GAMING
• We are committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. If you feel that your use of the
Platform Services is becoming problematic, we encourage you to:
• Set personal time and spending limits;
• Take a break from the Platform Services;
• Contact customer support to request a temporary time-out or self-exclusion from the
Platform Services.
• If the reason behind the closure of your account is related to concerns about responsible gaming
issues, you must indicate this in your request to close your account. Our time-out and
self-exclusion procedures are available upon request from customer support.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• All rights, title, and interest in the Platform Services, including software, graphics, content, and trademarks, remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive no ownership rights through use of the Platform Services.
10. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
• By submitting content to the Platform Services, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with our Services. You are solely responsible for the legality of any content you submit.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
• Our Platform Services may include links to third-party sites or services. We do not endorse or control such third parties, and you interact with them at your own risk. We encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.
12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
• a) The Platform Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or
implied.
• b) We are not liable for service interruptions, errors, or technical issues.
• c) In case of a discrepancy between your device and our servers, the server record shall prevail.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 180 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
• a) This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
• b) Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American
Arbitration Association (AAA).
• c) Class or representative actions are waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. OPT-OUT OF ARBITRATION
• You may opt out of the arbitration agreement by sending a signed written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of accepting this Agreement, stating your intent to opt out and including your full name and contact details.
16. GENERAL TERMS
• a) This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and us.
• b) You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to your use of the Platform Services.
• c) We may assign or transfer this Agreement in connection with a merger or acquisition.
• d) Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
• e) If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall
remain in full force and effect.
